The present course contains more biotechnological tools that are used in order to diagnose different health desorders such as metabolic, tumoral and infectious hillnesses, and also to produce industrial bioactive molecules like recombinant genomes and proteins. The programm is divided essentially into: genome analysis methods requires extraction and purification protocols of nucleic acids; cloning and  PCR; sequencing procedure (classical method and NGS techniques); QPCR and ChIp on ChIp methods using DNA microarrays and transcriptomic microarrays technologies. On the other hand proteomic part is more important where we have different techniques used in extraction, purification, quantification and structural studies of proteins contained in different types of tissus (animal or plant and food also) or from microbial cells.
