Course Objectives

Ø To develop the students’ knowledge and skills to teach English as a foreign language at the middle and the secondary school.

Ø To demonstrate an understanding of teaching as a system of interrelated elements (objectives, content, method, media, assessment...).

Ø To demonstrate appropriate skills for teaching the four skills, grammar and vocabulary.

Prerequisite

Ø Basic knowledge of language and language learning theories.

Ø A good mastery of spoken and written English.
